In today’s era, the main problem of unemployment is students are struggling to find their passion at their early age based on their strengths and abilities. Education means to draw out the skill hence, there should be a specific learning system early on so that students can identify their passion and can get trained well for their expertise with a regular curriculum. This system can create skilled manpower and leaders in India.

I have completed my bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the Gujarat Technological University. For further study, I went to Canada and completed post-graduation in Practical Elements of Mechanical Engineering from Fanshawe College, London, ON, Canada. I did post-graduation in Supply Chain Management and Global Logistics to develop and practice business management skills from the Canadore College, Scarborough, ON, Canada.

In Canada, I worked as a sales and marketing specialist for well-known retailers such as Best Buy, Hudson's Bay, Sears and, GMC. I strengthened my soft skills, such as relationship building, customer service, marketing techniques, and so on, while I was there. I am willing to contribute and work for my nation thus, decided to go back to India.

I arrived in India in February of 2018 intending to practice enough to produce great leaders of tomorrow's world. But don't know how. I tried few business but fail. I met many people and mentors to find the what is my passion and how can I fulfill my dream with that passion. After practicing on different platform and introspection I finally discover that  teaching and inspiring a love for learning is one of my passions. I am currently researching and implementing numerous practical activities to enable students to acquire futuristic skills. In July 2018, I started the educational institute named Talent Education Zone(TEZ Institute, tezinstitute.com), where we provide, hands-on experiments according to the syllabus of textbooks, make and take-home models to help them appreciate the purpose of the learning, presentations, debates, and discussion to improve students' interpersonal skills, exercises to change curiosity and research state of mind, framework-based skill-building classes, Pedagogic learning technics by very young and creative teachers. I created effective programs for K-12 education such as STEM workshops, leadership training, and self-study systems. Moreover, I am conducting free sessions every Tuesday, where I create awareness among the students like reading strategies, learning psychology, future opportunities, and much more. In addition, we also successfully implemented the same concept in schools with a regular curriculum.

To contribute to my work, I started to visit villages and took the session in various schools. I love staying in the villages as I am a nature lover as well people over there are kind, hardworking, and supportive. From where I also learning new things like teamwork, humility, and similar qualities each time I visit the village.

Besides, I am enthusiastic about developing entrepreneurs from villages who can assist others without having to leave their homes and communities. To complete that mission, need to establish a research center in each village to create a bridge between skilled mentors and students. If we can bring development to villages it will also help strengthen the nation as villages are the backbone of this country. I love staying in the villages as I am a nature lover as well people over there are kind, hardworking, and supportive. From where I also learning new things like teamwork, humility, and similar qualities each time I visit the village.
