Akshayehubs also provide English learning courses and soft skills development courses to help people to grow professionally.

 

The courses are pre-recorded and well structured so people can easily understand the concept step by step. The structure of course design in a way that registered members must complete the task and then only they can move to the next. There are no certificates provided as these are self-learning-based courses in which you will learn methods, strategies, and more. Thus, there will be no surety of when exactly an individual gets the result.

 

Apart from this, I will also suggest members choose the right products to improve their system or learning. However, it is not compulsory, it is an individual choice.

 

Some courses are in Hindi and some are in the English language.

 

Right to make changes to the agreement

 

From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and Akshayehubs reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means, such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.

 

 

BINDING EFFECT

YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

AGE OF ACESS

By using our Platform, you are telling us by your actions that You have obtained that permission (You are 'representing' and 'warranting' that You have obtained the appropriate permissions to use our Platform). By posting, downloading, displaying, performing, transmitting, or otherwise distributing any User Content to the Site or Service, you are granting us a transferrable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free nonexclusive license (including the right to sub-license), to use, possess, copy, transmit, publicly display, distribute, sell, host, store, cache, disclose, perform, modify, edit, translate, reformat, import, export and prepare derivative works of such User Content through multiple tiers of distribution in any media now known or hereafter invented (including, without limitation, the right to conform it to the requirement of any networks, devices, services, or media through which the Site or Services are available). The company will not pay you any compensation for the use of your User Content as provided herein. We are under no obligation to post or use any User Content you may provide and may remove User Content at any time at our sole discretion. You agree that Company may publish or otherwise disclose your name in connection with your User Content. Except as otherwise set forth herein, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your User Content, and Company and/or third parties retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in all Content other than User Content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property, URLs, and/or domain names you use or post or Service.

 

COMPLIANCE WITH INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS

 

When accessing the Site or using the Content or Service, you agree to obey the law and to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Your use of the Service, Content, and Site is at all times governed by and subject to laws regarding intellectual property ownership. You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any information or content in violation of any third party’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and copyrights displayed on the Site or in the Content are proprietary to us or their respective owners.

 

MODIFICATIONS

 

Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, (i) revise this Agreement; (ii) modify the Site, Content or the Service, and (iii) discontinue the Site, Content or Service at any time for any reason. Company shall post any revision to this Agreement to the Site, and the revision shall be effective immediately upon such posting. In the event of substantive changes to this Agreement, the new terms will be posted to the Site. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is not to use the Site and Service and to request an immediate termination of your membership. Your continued use of the Site, Content, or the Service following positing of a change notice or new Agreement on the Site will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

This Agreement will be binding upon each party hereto and its successors and permitted assigns. This Agreement will not be assignable or transferable by you without Company’s prior written consent. This Agreement, and the related policy statements referred to herein, contains the entire understanding of the parties regarding the use of the Site, Content, and Service, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties regarding the same. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement addressing disclaimers of representations and warranties, indemnity obligations, intellectual property, and governing law shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

 

Akshayehubs Reserves the Following Rights Over the Entire Akshayehubs Platform:

1. Akshayehubs may modify, terminate, or refuse to provide Akshayehubs Services at any time for any reason, without notice.

2. Akshayehubs may remove anyone from the Akshayehubs Platform at any time for any reason, solely at Akshayehubs' discretion. This right is not modified by any other section of this Agreement.

​

3. Akshayehubs reserves the right to access Your account, and Content to respond to requests for technical support, to maintain the safety and security of the Akshayehubs Platform, and for other legitimate business purposes, as necessary, at Akshayehubs discretion.

​

4. Akshayehubs may, but has no obligation to, monitor any content that appears on the Akshayehubs Platform or review any conduct occurring through the Platform, including any interactions between Creators and Students and Akshayehubs employees.

​

5. Akshayehubs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or alter its refund policy, at its sole discretion.

​

6. If You close Your account, Akshayehubs may keep a copy of Your Content after termination. You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to maintain such archival copy for compliance with any relevant laws and regulations and our internal business purposes, subject to applicable law.

​

7. Akshayehubs reserves the right to remove You and Your Content without warning if You violate any of the provisions of this Agreement.

​

8. Akshayehubs has, in its sole discretion, an absolute right to modify, change, alter, suspend, or terminate any provision of this Agreement without warning at any time.

 

Limitations of Liability

​

In running the Platform, we require that You understand and agree that Akshayehubs is not liable for a number of things, including Your breach of this Agreement and losses that may result from Your use of the Platform. We also require that You understand and agree that the Platform is offered As-Is and may not always be 100% perfect or reliable and that Akshayehubs doesn't warrant or guarantee that it will always be free of errors or defects. Any claims for damages against Akshayehubs will be limited to a portion of the fees You have paid us.

Our limitations of liability are as follows:

​

A. You agree that Akshayehubs, including its employees, officers, directors, and agents, shall not be liable for any kind of loss, injury, claim, or damages resulting from Your use of the Akshayehubs Platform.

​

B. You agree that Akshayehubs shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, claims, or damages that result from Your use or engagement with third-party content, downloads, or communications.

​

C. Akshayehubs is not liable for any losses or damage caused by any viruses, distributed denial of service attacks, and any and all other malicious computer code. Malicious computer code means computer code or other mechanisms of any kind designed to disrupt, disable or harm in any manner the operation of any software or hardware or other business processes or to misuse, gain unauthorized access to or misappropriate any business or personal information, including worms, bombs, backdoors, clocks, timers, or other disabling device code, or designs or routines that cause software or information to be erased, inoperable, or otherwise incapable of being used, either automatically or with the passage of time or upon command.

D. Akshayehubs does not guarantee that any files available for downloading from the Platform will be completely free from viruses or other harmful computer code.

​

E. The Akshayehubs Platform is provided to You on an "As Is, As Available" basis. As such, You agree to have an external method of recovering any lost data that may be uploaded to the Akshayehubs Platform.

​

F. Akshayehubs disclaims any warranties to the Platform and the content contained therein, including warranties for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title.

​

G. Akshayehubs shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

​

H. You agree that Akshayehubs shall not be liable for any losses, injuries, claims, or damages from Your violation or breach of this Agreement. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Akshayehubs, its present and future officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Platform from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by You or arising from or related to Your use or misuse of the Platform (including, without limitation, use in contravention of this Agreement, other Akshayehubs policies, and copyright and other intellectual property law)

I. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Platform complies with applicable law and does not violate the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, intellectual property rights. You assume all liability for any claims, suits or grievances filed against You, including, but not limited to, all damages related to Your use of the Platform.

​

J. You may not assign Your rights under this Agreement without Akshayehubs' prior written consent.

​

K. Should Akshayehubs' limitation of liability not be applicable, Akshayehubs sole obligation to You, or any third party, for damages shall not exceed the amounts paid by You to Akshayehubs over the prior twelve (12) months directly preceding Your claim, unless otherwise required by law.

​

L. You agree that Akshayehubs shall not be liable for any content that appears on the Platform.

​

M. Except as set forth herein, nothing express or implied in this Agreement is intended or implied to confer, and nothing herein shall confer, any rights, remedies, liabilities, or obligations whatsoever upon any person or entity.

​

N. You agree that any cause of action or claim that You may have against Akshayehubs must be brought against us within one (1) year after the cause of action or claim arises. Should You not commence such cause of action or claim within this period, it shall be barred.

​

Governing Law and Jurisdiction; Disputes and Arbitration

​

A. This Agreement shall be governed following the laws of the State of India without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the County of India in the State of India. You consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts to litigate any such action.

 

BY USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
