1. Discuss and Apply
Discuss your ideas and thoughts with different people and try them in your real life (Do it every day).
Why?
By doing it, you are filtering your thoughts day by day and, after some time, you will find that you are sharing thoughts based on a specific idea or concept.
Ex. When I started to do it, I founded that I was always interested in motivational talk, videos, and speakers. I was also sharing their thoughts with others without knowing that it was my interest.
2. Think and Write
Write down new as well as those ideas and thoughts you already discussed in detail. (Do it until 60 days).
Why?
In this process, you are creating evidence of our thoughts and ideas as we can't remember everything.
Ex. When I started to write my thoughts and idea, the new ideas were subconsciously coming automatically. By writing, I was creating enough evidence for myself to prove that YES!! this is my interest.
3. Introspection
Once you wrote for 60 days, now you have enough evidence to observe your thought patterns. You can relate your ideas and thoughts to justify your interest and passion.
Ex. When I wrote for 60 days, I found that my most of thoughts and ideas were on today's education system. But what exactly?. So I observed my thoughts in detail and I explored that my ideas solving the educational problem. So then I decided to solve that problem I have to become a teacher and coach.
So, that's how I founded my passion. Now it's your turn.
